The website www.mediapower.in and its contents are provided and operated by MediaPower, offering specially designed online training in Integrated Media Planning.

Applicability:

These terms extend to MediaPower-hosted WhatsApp, Facebook groups, Linkedin groups, Instagram pages, Facebook pages, Linkedin pages, YouTube channel, email/SMS/phone communications, and other social media forums. Bypassing these terms by bookmarking is not permitted.

Updates:

MediaPower reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review this page. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance.

Geographic Restrictions:

MediaPower makes no representation that the website operates in all geographic areas. Users accessing the site from prohibited territories do so at their own risk, ensuring compliance with local laws.

Training:

Users enrolling in training programs are responsible for verifying the suitability of the training.

Force Majeure:

MediaPower is not liable for non-availability of the website and content due to circumstances beyond its control, such as Act of God, war, epidemic, lockdown or other unforeseen events.

Fees

Training Access:

Upon payment of program fees, MediaPower grants access to the Training and delivers the terms of use.

Payment Terms:

You agree to pay all fees and applicable charges for training program. All fees and applicable charges are payable in full and in advance and will be valid until the completion of training or until cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to delete or suspend your access to training for incomplete payment of fees and applicable charges

Refund Policy:

MediaPower follows a strict no-refund policy. MediaPower reserves the right to postpone or reschedule batches due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fee Non-Transferability:

once you join theTraining batch is non-transferable and non-refundable. MediaPower is not obligated to refund fees for various circumstances, and any refund provided is at its sole discretion.

Payment Modes:

All fees are payable in INR, and payments can be made through bank transfer or UPI. Third-party payment service providers are independent and not connected to MediaPower.

Third Party Payment Service Providers:

MediaPower utilizes third-party payment gateways or aggregators ("Third Party Payment Service Providers") for the collection of fees and applicable charges.
Please be aware that these Third Party Payment Service Providers are independent entities, not agents or employees of MediaPower, and are entirely disconnected from MediaPower.

When redirected to any external website or application of Third Party Payment Service Providers, we disclaim all liability for:

The privacy of information shared on such platforms.
Security and protection measures, as well as the technology employed on those platforms.
Any interactions, correspondence, or transactions between you and Third Party Payment Service Providers.

Foreign Exchange Fees and Exchange Rates:

Depending on your location, the payment method used, and the origin of your payment, your transaction with MediaPower may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates.

Supported Payment Methods, Currencies, and Locations:

MediaPower does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment.
All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided by you at the time of enrolment.

Live Online Sessions:

Session Conduct:

Participants are recommended to use a laptop for an enriching learning experience, keeping their webcams on during sessions.

Access to Recordings:

Participants receive access to session recordings for three months post the session date, except for guest trainer sessions.

Terms & Conditions for Accessing Live Session Videos:

Video Access Restrictions:

Live session recorded videos, excluding Guest Sessions, can only be accessed through the registered email ID provided during registration. Access using any other credentials will not be permitted.

Presentation Materials:

Presentations shared during the session are intellectual property owned by MediaPower. We do not share or permit the distribution of any presentation materials as they are considered the intellectual property of MediaPower.

Video Access Timeframe and Extension:

Participants must complete watching the video within the designated timeframe. In the event that a participant fails to complete viewing within the given timeframe and requests an extension, an additional fee of 50% of the training fees as of that date will be required. This payment grants extended access for another one month.
By accessing live session recorded videos and associated materials, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. MediaPower reserves the right to enforce these rules to protect its intellectual property and maintain the integrity of the training program. These terms may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to participants accordingly.

User Responsibilities:

User Declaration:

Users agree not to provide false information, use offensive usernames, share access details, or engage in illegal activities. MediaPower has the right to report suspicious or illegal activities.

Accurate Information:

Provide accurate and truthful personal information when creating an account. Do not create an account for anyone other than yourself without their explicit permission.

Username Usage:

Do not use a username that belongs to another person with the intention of impersonating that individual. Avoid using a username that is offensive, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Confidentiality of Access Details:

Do not divulge or share your access details (such as username and password) with any third party for any reason whatsoever. Refrain from sharing your credentials with a third party for commercial purposes

Intellectual Property Rights:

All content generated and furnished by MediaPower through the website and MediaPower’s Live Sessions ("Content") is safeguarded by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other applicable proprietary rights and laws.
Copyright in the Content on the Website and Services, including but not limited to all Content, software, design, text, sound recordings, and images, is the exclusive property of MediaPower or is licensed to MediaPower unless expressly stated otherwise. Others

Terms and Conditions Training Services:

Cancellation or Alteration:

MediaPower reserves the right to cancel or alter a training. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date.

Change of Trainers:

MediaPower reserves the right to change trainers at any time during the training.
Alteration of Session Dates or Batch Start Dates: MediaPower reserves the right to alter session dates or batch start dates.
Recording Sharing Policy: MediaPower shares recordings with participants in view mode only and not in a downloadable format.

Enrollment Refusal:

The Management of MediaPower reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse any application for the enrollment of a participant at any stage of the application or booking process. MediaPower is under no obligation to provide reasons for such decisions.
Action Against Violation: MediaPower reserves the right to take appropriate action against a participant violating any training norms.
Transaction Record: Participants are advised to keep a copy of the transaction record for their records.

1. a)  You are registered for the Training only once and will not set up multiple User Accounts.

Regardless of registration with NDNC or NCPR or DND or Telecom Regulatory Authority of India [TRAI] restrictions/guidelines on unsolicited telecalls, by accessing this Site or making a request to call back, you expressly authorize MediaPower to contact you through calls, text messages, or chat for solicitation and procurement of various products and services. If you do not wish to receive calls or messages, you must inform MediaPower proactively by emailing support@mediapower.in. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Prohibited Activities:

While using this Site, you agree NOT to engage in illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
